Standard cost rollup issue

Hi All,

I am having a basic question with respect to Standard cost rollup.

When we do the cost rollup for final assembly , its material component from 'Frozen' cost type also gets added to the rollup cost. apart from the component and overhead cost.

is it not inflate the cost, please suggest and please help me to understand the logic.
