Impact of changing BC Class from CSSBusComp to CSSBCBase

What will the Impact of changing BC Class from CSSBusComp to CSSBCBase?

I need to use refresh record but its not available for BC with CSSBusComp so updated the BC class to CSSBCBase.

Will there be any impact because of this update ? what all entities to be verified ?
