E1 42 : Shipment Number got Disappeared after Ship Confirm

Hello,

We found above subjected issue with stock transfer order. We have Transportation module activated -

- Entered an order. order status is 520 - 540

- Done the inventory allocation using customer P4205 application. Order status will remain as 540 - 540

- Printed the pick slip. Now the Order status is 540 -560

- Done the shipment confirmation using P4915 which is called by using work with shipment from Row exit of sales order entry application.

After doing the confirm shipment, the shipment number got disappeared.

Kindly advise why the number gets disappeared & where can we find the same. Your earliest response will be highly appreciated.
