Vertex O using BSSV

Hi,

We are currently using Vertex Q for all the locations for GeoCode verification and Tax Calculation. But eventually we are planning to integrate Vertex O using BSSV. The problem arises suppose for some reasons the BSSV server on either side is down and say i need to update some value in Customer Master not related to Vertex. As a default logic it goes out for validation but since the server was down it ends up in throwing an error. We wanted to have some intelligence here in our logic saying if servers are down either do not throw any error
