create a job to upload AWR Warehouse snapshots

Hi

I really like to figure out how to create a job in EM  upload AWR Warehouse  snapshots in less than 1 hrs which it's by default and or also how to create it besically to trigger this job base on some contition

I really want to do this because our performance database we use to do several rollback  (flashing back to some restore points) and we don't want to lose these details
