BSSV Best Practices for Handling Failures

Hi All,

Do we know of any white paper we may have to elaborate on the best practices for integrating a 3rd party with JD Edwards using BSSV during the time of Error occurance. eg: suppose when a BSSV server is down what is the best mechanism to still keep the Applications up and running however at the same time report the error so that the corrective measures could be taken in appropriate time. I am more looking on to the best practices to design the BSSV. Any guidance will be helpful.
