OT Approval Process

Hi All,

Good Day,

Kindly any help, i need to creat Purchase Approval on OT that created from ST, i have set all required setup (Approval route, Processing Option, Order Activity Rule) but the system retrive business function error "There were aproblem when running Business function F4211 End Doc." "Transaction cannot be commetted it was canceled.", Thanks
