OTL Timecard Ex-Employee Issue

Has anyone else had issues since 12.1.2 RUP 10 with ex-employees disappearing in the timecard groups before they can be removed, yet they still show in the timecard entry screen in OTL Time and Labor?

When an employee is termed on the HRMS side, they disappear in the timecard group, yet still show in the actual timecard entry screen. But we can't remove them from the timecard after transferring their time. If we try to "re-add" them to the timecard group, it gives a message that they already exist in the group.
