Duplicate positions in msgs files.

Hi all,

In RPAS version 16.0.1.22 when creating or patching the domain, there is a message for "Duplicate base position found" for a lot of the positions in the following files:

• msgs.dat
• msgs.dat.SRAdminTasks
• msgs.dat.StandardAdminTasks

Indeed in the files above contained in the installation folder of RPAS there are duplicate positions.

For example in r_msglabel.ovr.english.StandardAdminTasks the following line is contained twice:

Is there a reason for the duplicate lines in the files? Is there a way to execute rpasInstall in order to skip the duplicate check so that the messages in the log can be avoided?
