unable to upload file via FDMEE data load rule in execution mode

Hi Experts,

I want the users to select/upload the file (.csv) from data load rule without able to delete the rule.

I have enabled location level security and mapped a Intermediate role; mapped intermediate role with "Data Load Rule Execution" and "Process Deatils" access.

Now the 'delete' option for data load rule is disabled as well as the option to select/upload the file.

Please advise if there a way to achieve this.
