AggRepos folder in domain

Hello,

We have these folders "AggRepos" on the AIP Domain, created by root. They are making it impossible to run a reindexDomain, as it cannot obtain locks on those folders.

What can we do to make a successful reindexDomain? What is the purpose of these folders?
