Wage attachment: Company and Agency fee decimal expansion

Is advisable to expand the decimal for this fields (ADMNFEE1 and 2). We plan to use these fields for interest rate on loans but has space for just two decimals. Most of our monthly rates runs into 4 decimals. What are the available options and is Data Dictionary change advisable?
