Deprecation of Microsoft BizTalk Server and Microsoft Exchange Server Management

  • What was deprecated:  Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c provides administrators with the ability to discover, monitor and manage Microsoft BizTalk Server and Microsoft Exchange Server.
  • Impact: This deprecation removes the ability to discover, monitor and manage Microsoft BizTalk Server and Microsoft Exchange Server from all versions of Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13c.
  • What is the replacement or workaround: The Enterprise Manager Extensibility Development Kit (EDK) is available for Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13c. The EDK can be used to build custom plugins for use with 13c. For further information regarding installation and use of the EDK, refer to the
