How to Inactive Obsolete Express Catalogs?

Client has accumulated a number of express catalogs over time, many of which are for suppliers they no longer do busines with.  Unfortunately, these still show up when the requester explores the catalog library.  How do you inactivate/delete/hide these obsolete catalogs?
