We would like to use the Manage Proxy functionality in Iprocurement but need a way to determine who

We have define the manage proxy functionality in IProcurement but we need a way to determine who has defined a proxy and who did they designate it to and which responsibilities did they give that other person. What tables would hold this information so we can create a view from it?
