Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Dear Experts,

What would be posible reasons for having TRANSACTION_QUANTITY and PRIMARY_QUANTITY in zeros in MMT table?

Seems that these caused not created a Cogs accounting in MTA table?
