Journal Posting Error - PROCESSING journal

Hello,

We got an error when posing a journal.  The log showed error :

PERF0005: Oracle error detected in glpcjl() - ORA-00001: unique constraint (GL.GL_JE_LINES_RECON_U1) violated

ORA-06

The journal shows it is still PROCESSING.

We have manually uploaded the journal without issues.

Question: Can we go into these journals and delete them?  Just want to make sure that this will not cause any problems.

Also, does the GL_Balances table how unposted journals aswell.
