Where to download Siebel IP2016 installation image?

I am Oracle employee. I need to install Siebel IP2016 to support a client engagement. But I cannot find Siebel IP2016 from eDelivery cloud since Siebel IP2017 release. There are older Siebel release, but not IP2016.

I also searched support.oracle.com, spent a few hours to follow various links, no avail.
