OMB Export Utility Update - Allow SIR Token Update Via Utility Menu

Hello Everyone!

In the most recent Export Utility update, files and instructions were sent out to be able to submit SIRs, however, the token had to be updated directly in the omb.properties file.  This update will allow you to update the token via the utilities menu as you do for the ITPS, Business Case, and Monthly Files.  The update includes:

1. OMB.reg - this is a registry update that adds an entry for SIR.  To run it, just place it on the server where the OMB Export Utility is installed and double click the file

2. ChangeToken.aspx - this file should be placed in the OMBExportUtility\IISRoot directory.  Please remember to rename and retain the existing file in case there are any issues and you need to revert back.
