How to change ASM diskgroup redundancy levels from high to Normal in ODA X3-2 Box with oakcli ver 2.8.

We are looking for hot swapping diskgroup by dropping disk from one diskgroup(high redundancy)

create new diskgroup(normal redundancy) and rename datafiles from old to new diskgroup.

Will it be possible??
