Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. 1) How does Balance Forward Billing table AR_CONS_INV_TRX_ALL gets populated ?

Is it the BFB program or the AutoInvoice program ?

2) Can 0 amount transactions or Credit memos be inserted in this table ?
