Is EEMAST1 obsolete? Still showing as a Send Message task, not a Action Message task.

I'm having issues with EEMAST1 Process Modeler and mapping the data structure.  I noticed that on Workflow Task Revision, it's showing as obsolete.  Should the address number parameter be mapped to an actual address book number.  There are no recipient rules set up.
