JDEWS: "Record Invalid" error when inquiring on posted manual billing?

Hi,

We are getting a "Record Invalid" error when inquiring on a particular posted manual billing in JDE World 7.3 and I am stumped on the cause.

There are 3 manual billings for the same tenant in the batch (entered using P1511) and we can access the other 2 with no issues - but when we inquire on the one billing, it throws a "Record Invalid" error.

The batch posted with no errors and all of the records in the F1511, F0311 and F0911 are there.

What would cause this behavior?
