R41760 not showing up matching data

Hi,

I ran R41760 to check integrity in between F4111 & F41112, and i see so many records. There are 3300 pdf pages in my output.

Well before running this i have already run R41542 and then R41548. ideally it should be clean report. How do i check and fix these? Any suggestion will be helpful. Thanks.
