Leave Balance calculation

Hello everyone,

I have to put in a complex condition for Leave Accrual and Availability for EE. Kindly let me know if this can be implemented using standard leave functionality in JDE. Thanks in anticipation.

Sick Leave –

1.       EE will get 1st year leave after 3 to 6 months after probation period depending on the EE category. Will different Leave Types to be created for diff categories due to this condition?

2.       For 2nd year for the EE leave accrues as per the Fiscal year. Can this be tracked in the same leave type?

3.       Leave will be available in slabs –

15 days Full pay

Next 15 days half pay
