Unable to pugrade database to 11.2.0.4 on ODA using oakcli

I was trying to upgrade database from11.2.0.3 to 11.2.0.4 on ODA box.

I am using oakcli upgrade utility db home but it failed due to error:

ERROR  : Ran '/bin/su oracle -c "/u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0.4/dbhome_2/bin/dbua -silent -keepHiddenParams -dbName flexprod"' and it returned code(1) and output is:

         Check the log file "/u01/app/oracle/cfgtoollogs/dbua/logs/silent6.log" for upgrade details.

error at</bin/su oracle -c "/u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0.4/dbhome_2/bin/dbua -silent -keepHiddenParams -dbName flexprod"> and errnum=<1>

ERROR  : /bin/su oracle -c "/u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0.4/dbhome_2/bin/dbua -silent -keepHiddenParams -dbName flexprod" did not complete successfully. Exit code 1 #Step -1#
