Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. What is the best practice to calculate tax on Purchase Orders in the USA ?

Is the tax set as inclusive or exclusive.

What are the pros and cons of both ?

What is the general practice ?
