Oracle EBS VM Virtual Appliance for Vision Instance - r1226

Hello,

We have built a VM on a windows 7 desktiop  for Oracle EBS r1226 vision demo environment.

We have followed Metalink Note https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?_afrLoop=129706354189577&id=2254565.1&_adf.ctrl-state=bh1zyzxs5_1…  and successfully configured the VM with all steps mentioned in the note.  As a result, I am able to connect to EBSDB database, ping the IP address on VM and get the response.

However, when I attempt to launch the EBS URL or use Toad to connect to EBS DB from my Windows desktop.  It is being NON-Responsive.   I get request time out error when attempting to connect.
