Can I move an existing database to a different DBHOME?

Can I move an existing database to a new DBHOME?  For example from OraDb12102_home1 to OraDb12102_home2.

Oracle Home Name      Oracle Home version                  Home Location

----------------      -------------------                  ------------

OraDb12102_home1      12.1.0.2.170117(24732082,24828633)  /u01/app/oracle/product/12.1.0.2/dbhome_1

OraDb12102_home2      12.1.0.2.170117(24732082,24828633)  /u01/app/oracle/product/12.1.0.2/dbhome_2

I would expect it to be an oakcli command, but I am unable to find it.

The reason is I have a standby database I need to keep running at release 12.1.0.2.170117 when we apply the next ODA patchset.  We are currently at 12.1.2.10.0.

Thanks,

Paul
