what' the best practise for downgrade 12.1.0.2.160119 (21948354) to 12.1.0.2.5 (21359755)

i have patched the DB with PSU 12.1.0.2.160119 (21948354),now i wanno downgrade this to 12.1.0.2.5 (21359755)

does it the best steps to complish it?

1.shutdown db and listener

2.1rollback the Database PSU 12.1.0.2.160119, Oracle JavaVM Component (Jan2016) and Database Patch Set Update : 12.1.0.2.160119 (21948354)

2.2 patch the 12.1.0.2.5 (21359755) on DB 12.1.0.2.0.

-- clear the PSU first and then upgrade the 12.1.0.2.0 to 12.1.0.2.5(21359755),right?????
