Browser script generation issue

Hello All,

We are facing issue with Genb browser script generation

$ genbscript ""/apps/sea752/siebsrvr/bin/enu/fins.cfg"" /apps/sea752/siebsrvr/we
bmaster enu

File does not exist or may be in use by another process.(SBL-DAT-00142)

Also ftp compiled srf in binary format .

Same SRF is working fine in lower env with no issue with browser script generation.

Please help for the same.
