How and Where to change the DNS IP addresses

Hi,

     We have installed a new DNS server and we want all the server attached to JDE environments to point to this DNS server since the old one will be retired soon. Kindly advice where to perform the changes in our Enterprise server (IBM P series server on AIX platform hosting both the applications and database),  Deployment Server (MS Windows 2000) and the Web logic server, inorder to include the IP address of the nee DNS server.
