No data generated after R03B16A

Hi

User running R03B16A (purge statistical history data) and found out that the information on P42050 (credit check) was not correct.

And he manually purge the table (F03B16 & F03B16S) follow the instruction from FAQ about AR statistical history (Doc ID 664021.1)

When he ran R03B16A, nothing generated to F03B16 & F03B16S and the program finish within 5 seconds.

What can be possible issue?

P/S : E1 version 9.1 and the last run on the report (R03B16A) was year 2004.
