1) is there any security for the highlighted Administrative Function? that administrative functions can be customized for a specific user. Currently all administrative functions are available for all users.

2) please me the navigation that where I can provide the security for Comment Category? currently there is no comment category is shown for a user.

3) Is there any security that user cannot change the comment ID?

4) is there any security that user cannot see all departments?
