Opening 'Closed' PO

Hi,

I know there has been already many discussions about opening closed PO, but please advise in my specific case:

Following Community discussion nr. 3521968, I should be able to reopen PO, which is not finally closed.

I have a PO which has status 'Closed' (not finally closed)- I checked it by running following SQL querry (see also attachment):

select segment1 po#, revision_num r#, authorization_status auth_status, cancel_flag, closed_code, org_id

from po_headers_all

where segment1 = '2372752'

When I query the PO in OeBS and go to Tools->Control, I am not able to reopen the PO (see attachment: the only available option is 'Place on hold').
