Oracle HCM & Payroll Solution: EU GDPR effective in May, 2018
Hi,
we need to to understand what Oracle development is going to be offering as a solution to EU GDPR act that is being enforced to all Controllers and processors effective May 2018. Is Oracle EBS (HCM/PAY in particular) going to be EU GDPR compliant from May 2018?
- Report categories of personal data we are storing for:Employees / Candidates / Contacts
- Data portability: provide personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine readable form. Open formats include CSV files
- Right to erasure also known as ‘the right to be forgotten’
- Right to restrict processing
