Patch 26610246 supersedes 26030799

I applied Patch 26030799 on our test server. 

Now that I want to apply the same patch on our production servers, it tells me that Patch 26610246 is a super set of patch 26030799.

Should I rollback patch 26030799 and apply the superseding patch 26610246 or is there a way that I can apply just the changes that exist in patch 26610246?
