Tax Reversal on Cancelling Cycle Products

edited Sep 23, 2017 5:00AM in Billing and Revenue Management (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered

How does OOTB taxation behaves, when we cancel a Cycle product, and the tax rates for the corresponding tax code has been modified during the middle of the cycle?

For e.g.:

1. Product A: Validity 6 Months: 30 USD + tax: Purchased on Jan 1, 2017.

2. Tax rate for the tax code, changed from 5% to 10%, Mar 1, 2017.

3. Plan Transition on Apr 1, 2017: Product B: Validity 6 Months: 20 USD + tax (same tax code as above)

In this scenario, when Product A is getting Cancelled on Apr 1st, how does OOTB Tax Reversal behave?
