Discrepancy in item availability

Hi,

The On hand qty appears but there no available qty. There is no qty committed or in receipt i.e no qty for that lot/location in any qty fields apart from Qty on hand.

Initially Lots were expired so asked the team to correct the lot dates to future dates. Also lots are released but still don't see qty available which should be same as Qty on hand since there is no commitments.

Could you please suggest if there is any setting that is causing this issue?
