PSFT Mobile Inventory 9.1 Fetch button yields no result

Working with PSFT 9.1 Mobile Inventory (ADF) within the Express Issue transaction, the Fetch button should validate and retrieve data elements associated with the value entered (Item ID) but does nothing when selected.  Has anyone else encountered this issue and found a resolution?
