What is the patch no. to fix the error on Contracts Internal notes when accessing from Billing Plans ?

Steps to Recreate the issue

Step 1 : Add Internal notes to Contracts (Seq no. 1)

Step 2 : Add Second Internal notes to Contracts (Seq no. 2)

Step 3 : Save

Step 4: Delete firstly added internal note (Seq no. 1).

Steo 5 : Save

Step 6 : Access internal notes from Billing Plan (See image below)

Error occurs on CA_COMMENTS_PNG.GBL.PostBuild peoplecode. (See image below)

Customer Contracts>Create and Amend > General Information > Assign Billing Plan > Define Billing plan
