Not sending attachment on Purchase Orders

Hello group,

in Oracle 12.1.3, we were attaching documents to POs, but these attachments were not sent by e-mail to the PO approvers or the suppliers in PO Notification.

We are now on Oracle 12.2.6, and attachments are being attached to PO Notification, and we do not want this. It is causing issue.

ORA-01403: no data found' encountered during execution of Generate function 'WF_XML.Generate' for event 'oracle.apps.wf.notification.send'. ERROR_STACK= WF

Are you aware of any setups that could be done to make sure no attachments are sent with PO Notifications?
