Database services didn't came up automatically after a 2 node Oracle Standard Edition 2 12.1.0.2.0 R

Hi, I've a 2 node Oracle Standard Edition 2 12.1.0.2.0 on RHEL 7 and I've perform the first time nodes reboot because some kernel parameter reconfig; after reboot I noticed that clusterware services came up ok, but none of the database services (MGMTDB nor the user database instances) came up automatically.  I have to manually start database services thru srvctl (srvctl start MGMTDB and srvctl start database -db xxxx)  I didn't have this issue en AIX; is any additional configuration required on RHEL 7 to fix this issue?
