Can we Compare GRN (Receipt of PO) Total Amount for given PTD Value with Inquiry Funds Actuals

HI Experts,

Can we Compare GRN Total Amount for given Period   with Inquiry Funds Actuals (PTD Value)

Scenario:

1. We have Budget Control at YTD Level for a given Year.

2. Now lets say I have received Goods for a given Period & I have Sum those GRN Amount for a given period & I tried to Compared that Total Sum Amount with Inquiry Funds--Actuals column for a given PTD Value..

Can any one advise in this regard.
