FPM or Solution Design or Requirement Document for Tax Implemenation

Hello Members,

I am working on VAT implementation project and making FPM/Solution Design document for EBT. Usually we don't make a separate document for EBT. The tax information is included in AP or AR document.

I am not happy with my current document. Will anyone of you can share FPM or Solution Design or Requirement Gathering document if you have for my reference only.
