oracle RAC serveral reboots after windows patching

Dear Team,

i would like to have some recommendations related to oracle database 11.0.2.4 on windows , the servers been facing serveral reboots in unexpected times , causing database failure over time .

over time we discovered its a corruption in NTFS disk holding asm configuration.

is there any other solution but rebuilding the cluster after reinstalling the OS.
