E1: composed page not saving and becoming unresponsive

In JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2, tools release 9.2, PD, when trying to save any composed pages the page becomes unresponsive. I am able to create the pages as well as modify shared pages, but when trying to save, the entire EnterpriseOne site becomes unresponsive and I need to close the page and re-login to continue work. When I log back in and check the Work with UDOs P98220U, my composed pages are listed, but I am unable to open them, almost as if they are corrupted from not saving correctly.
The entire process does work in the DV environment on my system, as well as for the handful of co-workers I have asked in PD on their systems.
