Shipment Charges when Rate basis G(Elapsed time) is used?

Hi,

I would like to know how system will calculate the shipment charges when Rate Basis G(Elapsed time) is used?

Currently i have configured this scenario, i am able to select the routing but the shipment charges are not calculated.

Refer below screenshots.

I am not sure where we are supposed to enter Elapsed time in Shipment Routing file(F4941), i have entered the dates and time related to pick up and deliver in Shipment Revision-Dates/Times tab and i think from here Elapsed time will be calculated.
