Autoconfig fails on apps tier

Part of endian conversion project moving database from hpux to linux. The apps tier still on hpux - and there were no autoconfig or cloning issues  prior to the endian conversion.  The conversion is done, database and listener are up. Autoconfig on the apps tier keeps failing.

The autoconfig log contains:
