BSSV package deployment error after tools update

Hi,

We have updated our tools to 9.2.1.4 and built a BSSV client package. While deploying the package it is displaying this pop up message. Would you please help to solve this?

"You are not authorized to Management Console. Disable deploy to Business Services Application Server to proceed"

After click ok. Management Server URL become RED colour and Error: Failed function call.

Here is the ERROR from JDE.log
